Who sells iPastefy. iPastefy is made by iCa Retamal, an independent developer in Chile, under the name By Carrot. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record: Creem handles checkout, billing, taxes and invoices for your purchase.

Terms of Service

1. The app

iPastefy is a clipboard history app for macOS 15 or later. You can try it free for 3 days with every feature. After the trial, the app pauses until you activate a license; nothing you saved is deleted.

2. Plans and billing

iPastefy is sold as a subscription: US$ 3.99 per month or US$ 14.99 per year (taxes may apply depending on your country). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the link in your purchase email or by writing to us; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid.

3. License

Each subscription includes a license key valid on up to 2 Macs that you own or use. The license is personal and may not be resold or shared publicly. If the subscription ends, the license stops working until you subscribe again.

4. Updates and support

Updates are included while your subscription is active and are delivered automatically inside the app. Support is by email.

5. Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, crack or redistribute the app, and don't use it to break the law. We may cancel licenses used in violation of these terms.

6. Warranty and liability

iPastefy is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies.

Privacy Policy

What stays on your Mac

Everything you copy is stored only on your Mac. If you turn on sync, it travels through your own iCloud Drive between your Macs. It never passes through our servers. Passwords copied from Keychain or password managers are ignored, and verification codes delete themselves.

What we receive

Purchase data (name, email, country, payment status) is collected by Creem to process your payment. We don't see or store your card details.
License checks: to activate and renew a subscription, the app sends your license key and an anonymous identifier of your Mac to our license server.
Free trial form: if you leave your name and email to download the trial, we store them in our email tool (systeme.io) to send you the download link, tips and news. You can unsubscribe with one click from any email.
Website analytics: our website uses the Meta Pixel to measure visits, downloads and purchases from our ads. You can block it with your browser's privacy settings or an ad blocker.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time by writing to the email below. We don't sell your data.

Refund Policy

You can try every feature free for 3 days before paying. If you're still not happy after you subscribe, write to us within 14 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked. Renewals can be refunded if you write within 14 days of the renewal and haven't used the app since. Refunds are processed through Creem to your original payment method.
